Service and accounts
Outrich helps authorized members research contacts, prepare campaigns, send through connected accounts and manage replies. Access is intended for adults conducting lawful business activity. Keep account access secure and connect only mailboxes you are authorized to use. You remain responsible for actions you approve or authorize the service to perform.
Outreach rules
Use accurate sender information, a legitimate business identity and an appropriate postal address. Respect opt-outs, applicable marketing laws, platform rules and recipient preferences. Do not use the service for deception, harassment, impersonation, credential theft, unauthorized data collection, or unlawful discrimination. Public availability of contact details does not remove legal obligations.
AI output and review
AI can produce incorrect facts, unsuitable text and incomplete research. Review mode holds outreach drafts for approval. Automatic mode delegates more execution and must be enabled deliberately. Check facts, contact relevance, commitments, pricing and recipient eligibility. Output is not professional legal, medical or financial advice, and campaign results are not guaranteed.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize the operator and configured service providers to process that content as needed to provide the requested service. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded data and messages. This permission does not authorize training a shared model on private content.
Providers, availability and costs
Mail, messaging, search and inference depend on external or operator-hosted services. Rate limits, outages and account restrictions can delay or prevent work. “Free model” describes the chosen provider’s inference tier; it does not mean hosting, search, delivery or the Outrich service is free. Any service fees, support commitments or cancellation terms must be agreed separately with the operator.
Suspension and ending access
The operator may pause activity to investigate abuse, protect accounts or meet legal obligations. You can pause campaigns, disconnect mailboxes and request account deletion. Disconnection cannot retract messages already sent. Export needed records before deleting an account.
Limitations and mandatory rights
No uptime, delivery, accuracy, profitability or compliance guarantee is made by the software alone. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Any additional liability allocation, governing law or dispute terms belong in the operator’s service agreement.
